Refund Policy

We want all of our customers to be as happy with our products as we are, so we ask that you make sure you’re completely stoked on your choice before purchasing.

We've taken great care to capture our scarves through beautiful photography and videos on our instagram. We provide multiple images of each scarf in order to help you choose the right colours and design for you. Please note that every screen displays images slightly differently. We do our best to keep colours accurate but we cannot take responsibility for colour variations between screen and physical product. 

Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds or exchange due to change of mind. On the rare occasion that you receive the wrong or a faulty scarf, please contact us for a replacement within 7 days of receiving your scarf.

For all other reasons, we will only accept returned products if they have been kept folded and unworn. (We can not resell scarves that have unfolded and as we're a small business, we can't afford the lost stock.) In these rare occasions we can offer a store credit. Postage to be covered by the buyer.
